Return Policies
Products: We have a 30 day return policy for products complete with packaging and purchase receipt. Foods, Medications, or otherwise perishable items cannot be returned if used or opened.
Livestock: We have a 3 day guarantee for all livestock excluding exotic waiver animals. Refunds are given in the form of store credit - 100% credit up to 24hrs with animal and receipt, 50% credit after 24hrs. Our guarantee does not cover aggression.
Animal Donations
If you have a fish or animal that needs re-homed, we may be able to help you. Call us and ask to speak with a manager for information regarding a donation/drop - off time and date. Animals are only accepted at the discretion of managers. Please call ahead of time.
Fish & Livestock Requests
Looking for a Specific Species of fish or animal? We want to know! Call us and ask to request the fish or animal you’re looking for.
We keep a running list each week looking for those species as we fill our order forms. Due to the demand, we’re unable to track requests and the lists are refreshed weekly. Be sure to call in once a week to request your species type until they’re available from our breeders.

Product Special Orders
Not Finding a Certain Item in the Store? Ask About Special Orders!
RMS may be able to special order products that we otherwise do not carry regularly. Special Orders will need to be paid in full before the order is placed with our suppliers. Our managers will call the number on file once the specially ordered item has arrived in shipment.
Due to delays in shipping times and the availability of raw materials, some items may take longer to arrive than others.
Lay - Away Policy
Excited to take the plunge, but not quite ready yet? That’s okay! We have Lay-Away.
Minimum lay-away purchase is $50. Our Lay-Away program has a 150 day term limit with a 20% down deposit and 4 subsequent 20% payments every 30 days. 10% forfeiture of the overall balance if the lay-away is canceled.
Lay-Away purchase are only applicable to hardgoods products.
